It is known, that diseases of gums and a mucous membrane of an oral cavity widespread among the population and difficultly give in to treatment. Complexes of preventive actions are developed for the prevention of the given kind of diseases. So rational hygiene of an oral cavity raises and fixes efficiency of treatment, warns an aggravation of disease and prevents complications. In this plan individual hygiene of an oral cavity as the private example of personal preventive maintenance, is one of the most simple, mass, popular and effective methods of the prevention of diseases of firm fabrics of a teeth, fabrics of periodontal and an oral cavity mucous membrane.
So in 2000 on the basis of stomatologic centre KMSCH of Open
Society "NLMK" (the Clinical medicosanitary part of
Novolipetsk steel, Lipetsk, Russia)
on public principles the dentist of I category Fleicher Grigori had been organised a private
Exhibition of means of hygiene of an oral cavity [the Office of preventive
maintenance of stomatologic diseases].
The training program as children, and adults to correct cleaning of a teeth,
gums and language, and also a correct choice of a necessary tooth-paste and a
brush, training of correct hygiene of an oral cavity was the purpose of creation
of an exhibition.
Now at an exhibition it is presented more than 7,5 thousand copies of means of
hygiene of an oral cavity. Among them 5000 tooth-pastes and conditioners, sprays,
freshener oral cavities, tooth-powders,
2555 tooth-brushes, tooth threads, toothpicks both
domestic, and import manufacture.
Because the volume of the information on various compositions of tooth-pastes,
tooth-brushes, flosses and other means for hygiene of
an oral cavity recently has considerably increased, the preventive maintenance
office allows to acquaint in practice with these means, to learn patients to the
correct reference with them. The office also is equipped by a corner of personal
hygiene for training of cleaning of the teeth, two bowls and a mirror, and also
other individual stomatologic sets.

In 2003 Fleicher Grigori has been awarded by the diploma the Winner
of the ending of the Championship of stomatologic skill in a nomination
Preventive maintenance of stomatologic diseases (Stomatologic
Association of Russia).
In 2005 on base to "the Exhibition of means of hygiene of an oral cavity»
students-doctors-hygienists of Lipetsk base medical college were trained. During
employment they studied tooth-pastes, conditioners, tooth-brushes, tooth threads;
were trained in methods of cleaning of a teeth about a hygiene corner, defined
indexes of hygiene of cleaning of a teeth and gums, studied carrying out of
stomatologic education among children, teenagers and pregnant women, made out
sanitary-educational instructions.
Sanitary-educational part of employment (stomatologic education) provided
informing of children and teenagers in the form of conversations about a
structure of a teeth and their role in human life, about a role of a tooth touch
in occurrence of diseases, about a balanced diet role in strengthening of a
teeth, about harm of sweets, about hygienic care of an oral cavity, about an
exception of the bad habits influencing formation Maxillary of system of the
child.
Its following part - training to methods of hygiene of an oral cavity - provides
the detailed story and display on models and posters of rules of cleaning of a
teeth. The estimation of efficiency of the acquired material and fastening of
the received skills is carried out at independent cleaning of a teeth by the
child under the control of medical sister and correction of the revealed errors.
For this purpose use of ways of quality assurance of cleaning of a teeth by
means of dyes (indexes Green-Vermilona, etc.) is very important.
In 2007 Fleicher Grigori has been awarded
by certificate and the certificate which testify, that it «… is the owner of a
record of Russia in a nomination "Records of collectors of Russia”...» series
ARR-RKR № 06204 from August, 26th, 2007 [the basis - «the Greatest collection of
tooth-pastes, conditioners, sprays and elixirs for an
oral cavity (3100 units); the Greatest collection of tooth-brushes, tooth
threads and toothpicks (1500 units)»].
2008 - World record Guinness for the Greatest
collection of tooth-brushes - a collection of 1 320 different tooth
brushes as of 5 November 2008.
2010 - Grigori Fleicher (Russia) has collection of 1320 different tooth-brushes. At it have accumulated more other 3000 subjects for care of a teeth [Book Guinness World records 2010 Results of decade].
In 2010 Grigori Fleicher was awarded
by certificate and the certificate which testify, that it « … is the owner of a
record of Russia in a nomination " Records of collectors " series АРР-РКР,
registration number № 06721 from August, 1st, 2010 [the basis – « the Greatest
collections in Russia:
- Tooth-pastes, tooth-powders, breath fresheners and elixirs for an oral cavity (4300
units), from them 4000 various tooth-pastes;
- Tooth-brushes, dental strings, flosses and toothpicks (2222 units), from them
2000 various tooth-brushes. »].
Growth of volume of the information on a saturation of the market tooth-pastes
and oral compositions, about preventive maintenance of stomatologic diseases
demands the big expenses both from the state, and from each citizen. Without
creation of necessary financial, organizational, legal and other measures it is
impossible achievements of success and maintenance of a role of the teeth kept
to old age as indicator and attribute of better quality of human life and a
society.
